Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session with The Little Play Pantry. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking & Payment
To confirm your space all sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk ins can be accepted on the day if there is space.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.
You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by us (see Section 4) or with 24 hours notice.
2. Cancellations & Changes
We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, lateness, or personal circumstances.
If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or transfer your booking to another available date.
Bookings cannot be transferred to another person
3. Age & Supervision
Our sessions are designed for children aged 6 months to 7 years, however any age children are welcome.
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children they accompany.
4. Session Conduct
Children are free to explore all areas and move play items between sections — this is part of the play!
We encourage gentle use of all toys and play equipment.
A 5-minute tidy-up time will begin shortly before the session ends. We kindly ask all children to help return items to their areas.
If any toys or areas become damaged during the session, please let us know straight away.
5. Health & Safety
Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.
Inform us of any allergies or medical needs during booking.
Some refreshments may contain or have come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten.
Your session leader is fully Paediatric First aid trained which meets the EYFS/OFSTED/HSE guidance 2025
6. Food & Drink
Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided for both adults and children.
Biscuits may contain allergens — always check the label before consuming or giving to your child.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.
Please keep food and drink away from the play spaces as much as possible.
7. Photos & Media
We may occasionally take photos to promote The Little Play Pantry on our website and social media.
Consent will always be asked during booking — please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
