Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a session with The Little Play Pantry. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Payment

  • To confirm your space all sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Walk ins can be accepted on the day if there is space.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled by us (see Section 4) or with 24 hours notice.

2. Cancellations & Changes

  • We are unable to offer refunds for missed sessions due to illness, lateness, or personal circumstances.

  • If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a full refund or transfer your booking to another available date.

  • Bookings cannot be transferred to another person

3. Age & Supervision

  • Our sessions are designed for children aged 6 months to 7 years, however any age children are welcome.

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Adults are responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children they accompany.

4. Session Conduct

  • Children are free to explore all areas and move play items between sections — this is part of the play!

  • We encourage gentle use of all toys and play equipment.

  • A 5-minute tidy-up time will begin shortly before the session ends. We kindly ask all children to help return items to their areas.

  • If any toys or areas become damaged during the session, please let us know straight away.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please do not attend if you or your child are unwell.

  • Inform us of any allergies or medical needs during booking.

  • Some refreshments may contain or have come into contact with allergens including nuts, dairy, and gluten.

  • Your session leader is fully Paediatric First aid trained which meets the EYFS/OFSTED/HSE guidance 2025

6. Food & Drink

  • Complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided for both adults and children.

  • Biscuits may contain allergens — always check the label before consuming or giving to your child.

  • You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.

  • Please keep food and drink away from the play spaces as much as possible.

7. Photos & Media

  • We may occasionally take photos to promote The Little Play Pantry on our website and social media.

  • Consent will always be asked during booking — please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

8. Our Responsibilities

  • We take care to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment, but we are not liable for:

    • Accidents caused by lack of supervision

    • Allergic reactions if not informed in advance

    • Loss or damage to personal belongings during the session

9. Online Shop & Extras

  • If you make a purchase through our online store, separate terms for delivery, returns, and product use will apply.

  • All resources and activities shared online or in-person are for personal use only and should not be copied or distributed without permission.
