The Little Play Pantry – Safeguarding Children Statement
At The Little Play Pantry, the safety and wellbeing of children is our top priority. While we are not a childcare provider and all children remain the responsibility of their parent/carer at all times, we take safeguarding seriously and commit to providing a safe and supportive environment.
Our commitments:
All sessions are supervised by the founder who is Paediatric First Aid trained.
Parents or carers must stay on site and supervise their own children.
We create a safe environment through risk assessments, clean play equipment, and clear layout.
We will report any serious incidents or concerns to the appropriate safeguarding authority if necessary.
What to do if you have a concern:
Speak to the session lead (listed at the welcome desk).
Concerns will be recorded and treated seriously, sensitively, and promptly.
Photography:
Photo permissions are requested via the booking form. No photos will be taken of children without consent.
